CNC Machining Center has the characteristics of high precision, high automation and high price. How to ensure the quality and safety of equipment in the long-term use process has always been the concern of CNC machining center managers.
First of all, we need to protect the geographical environment of CNC machining center. The general CNC machining center requires to avoid sunshine, dry geographical environment, less dust and corrosive gases, and because the parts processed by CNC machining center require higher accuracy, the geographical location should be nearby the equipment with less vibration.
Secondly, the NC machining center is driven by electricity, so it is necessary to ensure that a good power supply system is provided for the NC machining center. If the power supply is not stable enough, it may lead to the decline of the machining accuracy of the machining center, or even damage the mechanical parts, seriously affecting the service life of the equipment of the machining center. Therefore, in order to avoid the impact of power fluctuation on equipment, the power supply of machining center needs to add a voltage stabilizing device to make the fluctuation of power supply less than 10%.
Finally, in order to make the equipment of NC machining center better maintained, besides a set of maintenance system, a set of reasonable and effective operation process should be formulated to make the equipment maintained more standardized.
