In the machined parts processing, the surface roughness of precision machined parts is relatively high. In the process of machining parts, here are five methods to improve the surface roughness of machining parts.
1. Cutting amount
In cutting feed, can appropriately reduce the amount of surface processing.
2. Select tool geometry parameters
From the machining tool geometric parameters, can appropriately reduce the auxiliary angle and increase corner radius. When necessary, can be grinded wiper. Make cutting easy, reduce the surface roughness.
3. Control vibration of the machine tool
