Anodic Oxidation Process for CNC Machining
- General process:
aluminum part→racking→degreasing→washing→alkali eclipse→washing→bright dipping→washing→anodize→washing→deionized water rinsing→dyeing or electrolytic coloring→washing→deionized water rinsing→sealing→washing→remove rack
- High brightness aluminum part process:
aluminum part→mechanical polishing→degreasing→washing→nutrilization→washing→chemistry or electrochemical polishing→washing→anodize→washing→deionized water rinsing→dyeing or electrolytic coloring→washing→deionized water rinsing→sealing→washing→mechanical bright
Anodic oxidation of aluminum is an electrolytic oxidation process, in this process, the surface of aluminum and aluminum alloy is usually converted to an oxide film, this oxide film has protective, decorative and other functional properties.
Anodized aluminum or aluminum alloy improves its hardness and wear resistance, up to 250~500KG/SQMM. Good heat resistance, hard anodized film melting point up to 2320K. Excellent insulation, resistance to breakdown voltage up to 2000V. Enhanced corrosion resistance, in ω=0.03NaCl salt spray after thousands of hours without corrosion.
