Question: How to get a quotation?

- Engineer drawing (2D+3D drawings are advised).

Question: How long to deliver the order?
Answer:
For general components not complicated, the production leadtime is 10-15 working days for sample development / prototyping, 20-30 working days for bulk production.
Question: The payment condition in Henrong?
Answer:
- Sample / trial order with total order amount less than USD1000, Paypal is acceptable.
- General / bulk order with total order amount more than USD1000, we accept 50% TT / Wire Transfer in advance before production, and 50% TT / Wire Transfer before shipment.
Question: How to know the order production status?
Answer:
Henrong can provide latest order production status and update every week as per customer demand.
Question: How to ensure the quality strictly meets customer’s request?
Answer:
- For material, Henrong is able to provide professional material analysis report.
- For dimension, our quality inspection engineer will inspect all requested dimensions specified on the engineer drawing, and provide professional official testing report as per customer demand.
- For bulk production with quantity higher than 500PCS each item, Henrong can make 1-8 pieces of FREE samples for customer’s quality inspection and confirmation before bulk production.
Question: What shall we do if the parts are not satisfied under factory’s responsibility?
Answer:
If the components are unsatisfied under factory’s responsibility, Henrong will re-make a new batch for customer or directly refund the payment.
Question: What is the shipment method?
Answer:
- Air shipment, Henrong uses DHL or UPS.
- Sea shipment is also workable.
Question: What shall we do if the parts are damaged during shipment?
Answer:
Henrong professionally packages all the commodity and takes relative responsibility if the parts are damaged during shipment.
