This is a customized CNC machined component for an American bicycle customer. Material is aluminium 6061-T6, and finished by black anodize. Also it made a laser engraving logo.
We received the figure file from the customer, including the product pictures and some dimensions, such as “the total length is ***mm, bottom wide is ***mm, top thickness is***mm”, and so on. Then we decided that we must provide the professional 2D engineering drawing for customer confirmation, before it production. After repeated discussions with the customer, repeatedly adjusted the drawing, and repeatedly checked the dimensions and tolerance, thread type, and even for the details of the thread teeth. Then it started to production after all the details were confirmed.
So finally, we received his feedback, “I received the box yesterday, everything looks great!”
