This is a customized auto part, produced by CNC turning, according to the physical sample provided by the buyer. The material is aluminium 6061T6, and it was finished with none surface finish.

We often receive physical samples from our customers, who expect us to produce the same items according to the provided samples. And sometimes, it is requested to adjust the design according to the sample. Sure, it can be done. According to the sample and customer’s adjusted requirements, we can provide the 2D and 3D drawings, for the customer to check and confirm whether the drawings are fully met the design requirements. Only we receive the final confirmation from the customer, we will arrange production accordingly. Of course, for the complex items, we usually suggest to make sample for testing before the bulk production, just in case.
