Product Details

This small customized precision block was milled from material steel 1045, and for rust protection, it was finished with chrome plating of the product surface, so that it can be reached higher hardness on the product surface.

For this item, first we received the design philosophy and the photo of the basic sample from the customer. After repeated checking and checking, it was confirmed and ordered. Then we provide the engineer drawing, including the details of tolerance requirements and other production details, for customer’s confirmation. It was proceeded the bulk production after the sample confirmed. And finally, we received the good feedback from him. It’s was so great!
